The sailplanes are tandem, dual controlled gliders, with the same controls in both seats so you will be safe at all times.

There are a choice of three flights to varying heights.

You can have your flights as gentle or as exhilaratingly aerobatic as you want – just discuss this with your instructor.

Thinking of Flying Solo?

They have a Flying Start course aimed at training you to achieve solo status.

Private owners are welcome to fly their own aircraft with Gliding Club of Victoria (GCV) however you will need to meet a number of requirements.

Towing, outlanding retrieves and hangar rental are also all available at Gliding Club of Victoria and they have a number of options for onsite accommodation.

The bunkhouse offers affordable single and double bedrooms with shared bathrooms while their unique Aeropark offers private caravan sites and some private rentals available.

Camping is not allowed on the airport site but there excellent camping grounds in Benalla as well as B&Bs, hotels and motels.
