The show still went on

BUSH Kinder children at The Farmhouse had been working for months on their many entries for the Mansfield Show.

From sculptures to drawings, crafts and many other imaginative natural creations, Bush Kinder children had whole–heartedly invested in the 2022 local show.

"It was a disappointment then for the whole community when we learnt the show wouldn't go ahead again this year," said Kim Stoney, founder of The Farmhouse.

"Not all was lost as our foyer offered a wonderful opportunity to showcase children's works, where our marvelous and devoted Bush Kinder educator, Rachel Devere, carefully placed each entry on display in a beautiful presentation."

The Farmhouse was privileged to host Mansfield Show's dedicated and enthusiastic President, Amanda Swaney, who visited The Farmhouse to view over 50 entries and commend the children on their efforts.

"It was an honour to host Amanda and show her our commitment to our community and the Mansfield Show," said Ms Stoney.

Excitement followed when Amanda also kindly presented some awards for the incredible artwork she saw.
